Having gone through years living the pharma exec salesperson lifestyle I finally woke up to my deteriorating physical, mental and spiritual health signs and left the business world behind with a huge sigh of relief. Taking the plunge I trekked to India to train as a Sivananda Yoga Teacher inspired by my regular gym yoga teacher who helped show me the light. Four years later and having lived and taught full time in India, Cambridge (UK) and Amsterdam I moved into Yoga Therapy which is how I met Shar - during training in Santa Rosa. Now I’m training to be a Tibetan Cranial practitioner and more recently a Thai massage therapist.
I met Shar in California and had a most dramatic introduction to Tibetan Cranial. A lot went on in our session together and Shar successfully cured me of the hideous chronic headaches I’d been plagued with for as long as I can remember. It was natural for me to then study this ancient art and am currently relishing in the process of developing the necessary skills and sharing it with all my wonderfully willing volunteers. It’s also opportunity to brush up on my high school German!
