Dr. Nita Desi
Nita Desai MD is a Board-Certified Medical Doctor in both Family Practice and Holistic Medicine. She is a Certified Ayurvedic Pracitioner and has studied yoga, western nutrition, and complementary medicine. Some of her teachers included Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Deepak Chopra, and Alakananda Devi.
Ayurveda and Tibetan Cranial both have a history dating back over 3,000 years. Dr. Desai was excited to discover a technique that possessed many of the qualities that are complimentary to Ayurveda and her Medical practice. After experiencing a session with Shar Lee, Dr. Desai saw the incredible results and knew that this would be a perfect match for her clients suffering from a variety of chronic ailments. She studied extensively with Shar Lee, and completed her apprenticeship. Dr. Desai is now offering Tibetan Cranial as a supplement to her unique combination of Eastern and Western Medicine.
