Walk the Sacred Path of Apprenticeship

A Journey into the Heart of Service

Tibetan Cranial.png

Becoming a Tibetan Cranial® Practitioner is an initiation into an ancient lineage of healing, prayer, and service.

You embark on the path of Seva, a Sanskrit word meaning selfless service. Seva is the act of giving without expectation: offering your time, heart, and energy for the welfare of others. It is both a spiritual discipline and a way of life, where every session becomes a living expression of compassion in action.

Practicing Tibetan Cranial fosters a profound connection with those you serve. As you walk a path honored for thousands of years, you meet timeless truths that call you into deeper integrity and presence. Holding space for another to heal enriches and energizes your own spirit, refining your capacity to facilitate true transformation.

Because this work is practiced in quiet intonation of mantra, every session offers reciprocal growth. Mantra, along with the alignment of your heart and the recipient's crown, builds a field of reverence and compassion for your client while expanding your own spiritual awareness. As you support another's journey toward balance, your own life naturally aligns.

Through this Apprenticeship, you become part of an extraordinary community—a sangha that meditates, practices mindful movement, and supports one another’s spiritual expansion. The immersive training environment mirrors a modern-day monastic retreat, allowing kindred spirits to cultivate presence, humility, and joy while building lifelong friendships in devotion to this sacred lineage.

The Journey

The path of apprenticeship is a spiritual journey that transforms the energy of your entire being and life towards balance, integrity, and inner resilience.

While you learn the healing art of "Thoba Khujatag" you are also immersed in a tribal-like culture that comes together in spiritual practice.

In the process of Seva you must overcome several inner blocks to giving and receiving. While you give sessions to others - inner karmic traces arise and transmute. This clears us to be able to give sessions with clarity and non-attachment.

"Meditation is an individual practice best done in a group"

-Paramahansa Yogananda

Apprentices attend life-transformative training retreats where they receive Tibetan Cranial in the traditional way, which is multiple days in a row.

Because of the potential for meditation and healing while receiving multiple Tibetan Cranial sessions within one week, the depth of spiritual growth available is incredible.

As we embark on this journey, we walk through many of what we call 'gateways'. Gateways are spiritual growth steps that we must take in the physical world in order to come into deeper alignment internally.

Everyone's journey is unique and divine.

Public Clinics

Clinics are a 2-day practicums where you serve the public by offering sessions with guidance from the Tibetan Cranial community of Teachers and Practitioners.

Dedicated Seva Practice

Throughout each year of your Apprenticeship, you give 108 Tibetan Cranial sessions as part  your sacred service practice. This hands-on devotion develops your skills and fosters your own inner balance and spiritual expansion.

To fully integrate the profound work of giving and receiving sessions, the consistent personal practice is essential for your development.
